Travelling With Dogs

We are now taking dogs during school holidays as well as off peak periods!

Camp Sites – we have a selection of powered and unpowered sites available for guests travelling with a dog.

When you talk to reception at the time that you make your booking, you’ll be able to work out with them which area and site is most suitable for your family.

Cabins – we have a total of ten cabins now available for families travelling with their dog. All three of our Banksia cabins are dog friendly along with four of our Figtree cabins and three of our Casuarina cabins.

So you can stay in either a studio cabin or one of our two different types of family cabin with your dog.

If you’d like to bring your dog with you, please call our friendly reservations team on (02) 6646 0255 to see if there is availability and make sure to mention you’d like to bring your dog along with you along with the breed of dog.

That way we can make sure you’re booked into the right cabin or site.

We are happy to accept the majority of dog breeds and sizes, but in the end all decisions about whether your dog will be permitted to stay with us are at the manager’s discretion.

There is an additional accommodation charge per dog of $5/nt for sites and $12/nt for cabins.

Dedicated Dog Park

We have recently added a fully fenced, off-leash dog play area for those travellers with a dog who loves to get out and run.

The play area has a variety of features such as ramps and tunnels that your dog is sure to enjoy.

You can grab yourself a coffee from the office, then head over and relax in the provided shelter while your dog has fun.

Dogs Around The Park

So if you stay here with a dog, where else are you allowed to take them besides the off-leash play area?

Well…pretty much anywhere within the park itself, as long as they’re on the leash.

There are certain areas such as fenced off pool & waterpark areas and camp kitchens where you won’t be able to to take your dog.

But the wide open spaces here give you plenty of options for taking your dog for a walk.
