In order to confirm a booking, a deposit for the first night’s stay is required within 7 days of the booking being made.
Deposits may be made by cheque, credit card over the phone or Direct Bank Deposit. The bank account for direct debits can be found at the bottom of this page
Please note that Full payment for high season bookings (Easter long weekend & Xmas Holidays) must be made at least 60 days before your arrival date.
Notification: Big 4 Saltwater is a Tourist Park. Occupation of Sites is strictly on a Short Term/Tourism Bases of 150 consecutive days and 180 days in a 12 month period. The Residential Parks Act does not apply.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS MADE IN LOW SEASON.
During Low Season, a deposit for the first night of your stay must be received to secure your booking. Deposits will be refunded in full if Park Management is notified of your cancellation before 9am on the day before you are scheduled to arrive.
If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival, the Park will retain all of the standard deposit money. Any additional money which has been paid will be refunded.
The balance of your booking is payable on arrival.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS MADE WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY IN HOLIDAY PERIODS.
For holiday bookings, a deposit for the first night of the stay must be received to secure your booking. THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DATE OF ARRIVAL.
Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in holiday periods will be refunded if you notify Saltwater Holiday Park of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold for the entire period of the booking.
If you decide to depart early NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
